Report Contents:
Physical Setting Review – A summary of published data pertaining to the topography, elevation, slope, soil type, hydrology, depth to groundwater and identification of the Federal floodplain designation for the area of the Subject Site is provided.
Federal Environmental Review – Identification of Environmental Protection Agency regulated facilities in one or more programs including: SEMS, CERCLIS, RCRA, Brownfields, TRI and ERNS databases.
State & Local Environmental Review –
Arizona - Identification of facilities regulated under one or more of the following programs: Arizona Superfund Program List, Underground Storage Tank (UST, LUST), Incidents reported to the Emergency Response Unit, Arizona Voluntary Remediation Program, Drywell database, RCRA Compliance List, Aquifer Protection Program and Landfills.
Virginia - Identification of facilities regulated under one or more of the following programs: Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, Registered Petroleum Facilities, Petroleum Releases, Registered Solid Waste Facilities and Incidents contained in the Pollution Response Program database.
Tribal Environmental Review - Review of tribal records pertaining to Underground Storage Tanks, Brownfield and other remediation sites. Review of EPA UST/LUST databases of sites located on tribal land.
Aerial Imagery Review – A summary of significant features pertaining to the Subject Site and adjoining Properties or Properties in proximity to the Subject Site as shown and identifiable in aerial photographs and satellite imagery from 1930 to the present year in five year increments, where possible and readily available.
